Paul Barrett’s Expertise
Paul Barrett is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. He completed a 5-year UKCP postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and a foundation course in counselling at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).
He has experience providing therapeutic interventions for alcohol misuse at the Royal Free Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). Paul works with clients on various issues, providing long- and short-term therapy.
Paul’s approach focuses on creating a secure environment. Clients are encouraged to explore and develop their potential for healing. His therapy experience informs his empathetic style, and he has helped clients move forward.
